Boston United bring in Sunderland goalkeeper Dan Cameron on loan for run-in
Boston United have strengthened their squad for the rest of the season by signing 20-year-old goalkeeper Dan Cameron on loan from Premier League club Sunderland. The move is Boston’s second addition of the week, following the arrival of Brighton & Hove Albion winger Luca Barrington, as the Pilgrims look to bolster their options in the closing months of the campaign. Cameron steps up two levels after being recalled by Sunderland from a previous loan spell with Northern Premier League side Hebburn Town. The paperwork was completed in time for Cameron to be available for Boston’s home match against Woking on Tuesday evening (7.45pm GMT), giving supporters in the town an immediate chance to see the new recruit in action.
