Ron Fowler confirmed as Lincoln City chairman after increasing stake in Imps
Lincoln City have confirmed American investor Ron Fowler as the club’s new chairman. He takes up the role at Sincil Bank after increasing his shareholding in Lincoln City to more than 25%. Fowler first bought a minority stake in April 2024 and is now the club’s second-largest investor. The club’s biggest stake remains with fellow American Harvey Jabara and his family, who hold more than 28%. Lincoln City said Fowler’s increased interest in the club’s parent company, Lincoln City Holdings, means he will “assume responsibility for the funding of the club for the immediate future” as the League One side plans ahead on and off the pitch.
