Scunthorpe United have added to their attacking options with the loan signing of Coventry City forward Aidan Dausch until the end of the season. The 19-year-old has already had his first taste of life at Glanford Park, coming on as a second-half substitute in Saturday’s 1-0 National League win over Southend United. Dausch arrives in North Lincolnshire after being recalled by Coventry from a season-long loan at Forest Green Rovers, where he scored once in 11 appearances. A product of Coventry’s academy since joining the Sky Blues at 16, Dausch has also had a glimpse of Championship football, making two appearances from the bench for the Midlands club. Scunthorpe supporters will hope the young forward can help maintain momentum as the Iron look to build on their recent results in the run-in.
